A personalized program with your own personal trainer is the answer. Personal Training in our private studio is just that - private.
There's a reason everyone says "I wish I had a personal trainer" - it works! Your results are all that matter.
In your personal sessions at fitstudio, you'll have full access to our outrageously equipped studio. We'll design a custom workout that works for you and your body type. We'll master the basic forms, develop realistic and measureable goals, set milestones, and use an endless number of safe techniques to get you results. We'll include weight training, yoga and pilates inspired moves, cardio intervals, and fitness tools galore to keep you inspired and challenged.
Also included - a complete nutrition coaching program that makes the real difference! Personal Training is by appointment, and this time is reserved for only you. No texting or distractions by your trainer - guaranteed!
Small Group Training
Gather your cul-de-sac crew, your Mom's group, your guy's golf league, and we'll put together a program exclusively for you. Great rates for small group exercise. Typically, groups of 4-8 are eligible for small group training. Don't have a group? Let us know and we'll see if we can include you in one of ours. Some of our groups have been together for over 9 years - and they didn't know each other before we introduced them!
Couples Training
You and your spouse want to get fit together? Our couples programs are a great way to get the whole family on a healthy program. Share your training appointment (and still get an individualized program) or train on your own at separate times of day and enjoy a family discount.
Nutrition Coaching
Feel like you just keep exercising and aren't seeing results? Think you are eating healthy but you just aren't sure? It's true - what you eat is about 80% of your results. Our safe and responsible nutrition coaching makes all the difference. We'll help you figure out what to eat, when, and how to prepare your foods and stay on track. Put the final touches on your fitness program with a short or long-term nutrition coaching program. (BONUS: Nutrition coaching is included in all personal training programs!)
Kitchen Coaching
Kitchen coaching could be your dream come true! You'll spend about 2 hours working 1:1 with your trainer - cooking, prepping, and packaging your food for an entire week. What better way to see your healthy eating plan kick into action? This process will help you discover how easy it is to stay on-track with your healthy eating goals by having multiple choices available to you within minutes. You never have to stand in front of an empty fridge again and wonder which restaurant will do the least damage to your goals. Kitchen coaching is offered by appointment in your own home.

- Private or semi-private workouts 4 times per week at fitstudio. It is amazing how much you can accomplish working so closely with your trainer! You are going to do it anyway, might as well have a coach.
- Safe, effective, and personalized nutrition coaching to help you get the most out of your program. Take the guesswork out of “what to eat” by following the sample menus provided. Plus, we’ll teach you how to “manage” your food with easy-to-follow shopping lists and a food prep guide and timeline.
- On your extra day - an “On your own” workout to help you continue to shed body fat.
- Ongoing support, coaching and accountability to help you achieve a fitness level you may have never imagined and put you on the path to a healthy weight.
